Return Policy
Refunds and exchanges are only acceptable if the product has a defect or is damaged during shipping.

 

Returnable items must be in their original unused condition and must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Please email avamedus@gmail.com to request a refund and we will assign you an RMA # with a shipping address provided for the return

All sales are final. Sales made during Coronavirus pandemic are non-returnable and non-refundable

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. All requests must be made within 30 days from invoice date.
